Shelby has been a licensed Realtor in the state of Arizona since 2015.  She is the third generation of women in her family to sell real estate for Frank M. Smith & Associates.  Shelby has the best mentor, her mother, who is the designated Broker for Frank M. Smith & Associates, Inc.

Shelby was born and raised in the White Mountain’s and plans to live here, happily, for the rest of her life.  She has a deep passion for this area and cherishes the place she calls home.  You could say she is a White Mountain expert, who knows the area, the hiking trails, the lakes, restaurants, subdivisions, etc.  Her plan is to help her clients know the area as well as she does so when they move into their new home/town, they feel comfortable.

Shelby was the 1st Vice President for the White Mountain Association of Realtors in 2021.  She previously was the chair for the WMAR MLS committee and the YPN committee.  She believes that a Realtor is more than just houses and should get involved with local boards and with community outreach.  Shelby is not only a member of WMAR she is also a member of the Scottsdale Association of Realtors and ARMLS.

Shelby is a mother to two wonderful children who have both been born and will continue to be raised in the White Mountains.
