​We weren't sure on what type of house/cabin we wanted, so Shelby was very willing to show us places within our price range. She was very patient with us during the 5 or 6 months we couldn't find the place we wanted. We decided to look at lots and Shelby was very diligent in finding us many to look at and when we finally found one we liked, she was more than helpful with hooking us up with water well and septic tank contractors. When that didn't work out, she again proceeded to find us more lots to view. Finally, we found one that had everything in place, she gave us 5 or 6 reputable builders to call to get quotes to build our home. Shelby was very responsible, dedicated, courteous, and honest with us throughout our year long search. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home/cabin in the White Mountain area.

I had the pleasure to work with this young realtor. Being young she's got a fire underneath her which made it is a pleasure to work with her, she went out of her way to ensure the property always looks good and was in shape to show. She took the initiative to take care of surprises IE fallen tree that her husband and her took care of for me. She is extremely professional always kept me in the loop and suggested strategies. The one thing I failed to do which she highly recommended and at the time I did not have the extra money. Was to go ahead and have the house pre inspected in order to not have surprises at closing. If I only would have listened to her I would have saved myself of thousands of dollars. I could have made the corrections for less than than $2,000. At closing I had to spend $15,000 to fix problems that I was unaware of. She is wise passed her years. And I highly recommend her to anybody that's buying or selling. But I would highly listen to her advise because even though she's young she has ran into these situations in other sales. 12 thumbs up for this young realtor.
